Admittedly, Peyman was far from a dedicated engineering student. His mind, time, and energy were entirely consumed by charts, market analysis, and various entrepreneurial ventures. This singular focus meant it took him six years and twelve semesters to finally earn his bachelor’s degree. Yet, his professional evolution never stalled. In 2015 (1394), while still an undergraduate, he organized his first trading workshop in Shiraz, officially launching his career as a trading coach alongside his personal market operations.

Aligning Passion with Academia: The Shift to Energy Economics

Driven by a desire to bridge his academic path with his true profession, Peyman shifted focus. In 2016 (1395), he moved to the capital after being accepted into the Energy Economics master’s program at the Science and Research University in Tehran. Reflecting on this transition, Peyman writes:

“Back in engineering school, I never told anyone I was a trader. In those days, the general public instantly associated trading with pyramid schemes. But when I entered the economics department, almost everyone was trading the domestic stock market. Still, since my true expertise lay in Forex, I kept it to myself, sharing my passion only with a few close friends.”

It was within the halls of the economics faculty that Peyman connected with academic mentors whose guidance allowed him to master the deep intricacies of fundamental economics.

Financial Storms and the Birth of “Glide Market”

In 2018 (1397), a severe financial crisis hit his father’s manufacturing factory, forcing Peyman to return to Isfahan to step in as the company’s Financial Manager. A year later, in 2019 (1398)—marking a full decade of continuous, daily trading—he sought to elevate his career to the next level. Alongside his very first mentor, Ali Pabarja, he founded Glide Market.

Glide Market was born with a foundational vision: trading education and expert advisor (EA) development. Its first commercial milestone was the release of proprietary trading indicators. Simultaneously, Peyman launched his first online courses on YouTube, covering Classical Technical Analysis, followed closely by a comprehensive Price Action course that he refined alongside his own trading team.

After years of studying under top-tier masters, consuming hundreds of hours of educational content, executing thousands of Forex trades, and weathering thousands of dollars in profits and losses in Gold and the Dow Jones—his two specialized markets—Peyman realized the ultimate missing link for most traders was psychological. This realization led him to design and host the first specialized Trading Psychology course in Tehran, adapted from world-class behavioral finance sources.

Institutional Evolution and the AI Era

A major turning point came in 2022 (1401) when his co-founder, Ali Pabarja, immigrated to the United Kingdom. Peyman was left to single-handedly steer the ship at Glide Market while simultaneously managing the finances of the family factory. Recognizing the need for scale, he made the bold decision to restructure Glide Market from the ground up. By 2023 (1402), the business successfully transitioned from a standard corporate structure into a comprehensive holding company featuring two specialized subsidiaries.

In 2025 (1404), persistent power grid failures in the region’s industrial zones forced his father’s factory to permanently close its doors after 54 years of continuous operation. While bittersweet, the closure freed up Peyman’s time entirely. Channeling his newly liberated energy back into tech innovation, he set out to build his next vision: launching Iran’s first experimental, AI-driven financial analytical platform.
